Graceful Living Senior Support

Helping older adults remain independent, engaged, and connected through dependable companionship and everyday support.

My Philosophy

Care that goes beyond the task list

Companion care is about more than helping with daily tasks. It's about preserving independence, building meaningful relationships, offering encouragement, and bringing joy to everyday life.

I believe everyone deserves to age with dignity, kindness, and respect, and I'm committed to providing the dependable support that helps make that possible.

“Stand up in the presence of the elderly, and show respect for the aged…”

— Leviticus 19:32
My Background

A career spent showing up for people

Speech Pathology & Audiology, B.A.
Certified Personal Athletic Trainer
Massage Therapist
25+ Years, Medical Biller — El Dorado County
Respite Volunteer, Snowline Hospice

My background has given me the opportunity to support others throughout every stage of my career. After earning a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology, I worked as a certified personal athletic trainer and later as a massage therapist before spending more than 25 years as a medical biller in El Dorado County. Along the way, I also volunteered as a respite volunteer with Snowline Hospice. Those experiences continue to shape the compassionate, dependable care I provide today.

My commitment to senior care is also deeply personal. I have supported both of my parents through the challenges of Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, and diabetes, while also being a source of support for a close friend with Parkinson's disease. While I wasn't their primary caregiver, I was there to lend a hand whenever I could — running errands, walking their dogs, sharing conversation, or simply being present. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how meaningful dependable support can be for both older adults and the families who care about them.

I understand that families aren't just looking for someone to help with daily tasks — they're looking for someone they can trust with the people they love.
